Purchases & refunds

Each £9.99 purchase pays for one full assessment and its report through Google Play. There are no recurring charges. Reopening a report already saved in the app does not require another payment; a new full assessment does.

Keep a PDF copy of a report you want to retain. A Google Play purchase record cannot recreate a completed report that has been deleted. Backup and purchase-recovery options depend on the state of your purchase and your device settings.

For a failed purchase, access problem or refund enquiry, contact support@nutribeacon.co.uk with your Google Play order reference and a brief description. Do not send full payment details or medical information.

You can also request a refund through Google Play. Eligibility depends on the purchase and applicable rules. Read the purchase and cancellation information in the app before paying. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
